My ideas are:
Spy:
-Grappling Hook (replaces Revolver)
This weapon does no damage to players, it can only be used to grapple anywhere within a medium range horizontal and short range vertical distance to the spy.

-Camo suit (replaces cloak)
This weapon lasts as long as 10 seconds running and 30 seconds standing still. If you are running, enemies can see you like teammates do, though a player status wont show up. Recharges normally.

-Radar (Replaces disguise kit)
This unlock allows you to see enemies within a medium range of you on a screen on the top left corner. Has a 30 second battery. No disguises.

Demoman:
Mines (Replace stickys): Half as damage then normal stickys, explode whenever an enemy gets into contact automatically.
Cannot be exploded in midair.

Sniper:
The Ranger(i know, crap name): This weapon replaces the sniper rifle. Does not have charge, instead has a charge of distance (long range is 100%, medium is 50, short is 10). If a headshot is achieved, then it does 150 damage plus the amount of charge. (There has to be SOME downfall) Body shots do 50 dmg each, no exceptions. This encourages skilled sniping and discourages wall sniping.

Engineer:
The 1.5 sentry: This weapon does slightly less damage then the lvl 2 sentry, and has the rate of fire of lvl 1. Every kill with the 1.5 sentry greatly increases shotgun crit rate.

Knife that when a backstab is achieved, your cloak increases by 10%. 30% rate of fire decreased.
